Firmware Update Section for NASU2

Latest firmware version number: NASU2FW46A

This firmware update fixes the following issues:

1. Buffer overflow issue as described here
2. DHCP server log

1. Fixed NTBackup slow performance on large files
2. Incompatibility with FireFox and Safari browsers saving settings on the NAS Adapter administrative screen
3. Inability to turn off FTP server

Serial number information of your NAS Adapter is required to receive your firmware.

Firmware Update Instructions (text version)

1. Click on the Maintenance section of the NAS Adapter GUI.
2. Under the Maintenance section, click on Browse to locate the loader file.
3. Locate the loader32_1_17.bin file provided by Addonics on your computer and double click on it.
4. Verify that you wish to flash the loader file firmware by selecting "OK".
5. Wait for the progress bar to complete at 100%, and reboot the NAS Adapter unit.
6. Under the Maintenance section again, click on Browse to locate the actual firmware file.
7. Locate the NASU2FW41.bin file provided by Addonics on your computer and double click on it.
8. Verify that you wish to flash the firmware by selecting "OK".
9. Wait for the progress bar to complete at 100%, and reboot the NAS Adapter unit.
10. Once the reboot completes, the firmware should have completed flashing. Check the Status section to verify that the new firmware name is showing up under the "Firmware Version" section.
