If you feel that information about Addonics could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members etc.), you may use our forwarding functionality.  If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about Addonics, we will ask you for your friend's e-mail address.  We will forward the e-mail to your friend; however, you will be listed as the sender.  We will note in the e-mail that you forwarded the message and you will also have the opportunity to send a message, which will be shown at the top of the forwarded e-mail.  Addonics stores this information for the sole purpose of forwarding this one-time e-mail and tracking the success of our referral program.

We periodically post a sampling of customer testimonials on our website, which may contain personally identifiable information; however, this is limited to a customer’s first name or company name and geographic location. We will obtain the customer's consent prior to posting this information.

Web Beacons
In order to determine a user's ability to receive HTML e-mails, in addition to whether or not an email has been opened, Addonics includes a “web beacon” in a majority of the HTML e-mail messages we send.  A web beacon (actually a small .gif image) is activated when an HTML email is opened via a request for the image on our servers.

This capability helps Addonics send e-mail in a format users can read and enables Addonics, and our clients that use the functionality, to track the aggregate number of e-mails opened.  The web beacon does not collect any personally identifiable information. Users that do not want to receive email messages with web beacons can choose to receive their e-mails in text (non-HTML) format.
We also use, and provide our clients with, the capability to track when a URL has been clicked inside of an email message sent by our system. We use this functionality to track which links were clicked and in what quantity, as well as the aggregate number of links clicked. This click tracking functionality does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Client-side cookies are used to verify the login status of customers using products or services linked directly with our website.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site; however, the user may not be able to access all areas of our site.

Links to other Websites

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement on the home page and other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
